Take overs will be confirmed during All seasons (except black out periods: February, March and December 26th to January 4th)
Conditions:
The minimum and maximum guarantee for a Take Over will be: 100 rooms with a minimum of 5 nights stay.
During a Take Over, regular rates will apply and the saving promo will be limited to 30 garden view rooms only.
4 vacation certificates maximum and 1 Travel Agent booking.
All early departures and late departures must be requested in written directly to the hotel's groups department.
In the case of early departures during Take Over dates, total stay will be charge (Unused nights will not be refundable).
Complimentary Inclusions:
For 96 paid rooms, you will receive four (4) complimentary rooms for the same number of nights as the groups stay, applicable in Superior Garden view Room category only.
A fruit basket & bottle of wine delivered to group leader's room on day of arrival.
Deposits:
Initial deposit (non refundable) of $ 1,000 US dollars and signature of contract must be received (7 days after contract received), this initial deposit is due to guarantee the space.
A second deposit of $ 2,000 USD Dollars must be received 8 months prior to take over arrival or space will be released. In case the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the hotel will send a written confirmation of cancellation and the closed out dates will be re-opened.
A third deposit of 40% of the total rooms booked must be received (90 days) prior to take over arrival. If this deposit is not received within 7 days, the hotel will keep the right to change the take over as a Group reservation and guarantee payment will be required.
A fourth deposit of 30% of the total rooms booked must be received (60 days) prior to take over arrival. If this deposit is not received within 7 days, the hotel will keep the right to change the take over as a Group reservation and guarantee payment will be required.
Final payment is due (30 Days) prior to take over arrival If this deposit is not received within 7 days, the hotel will keep the right to release the unpaid and unsold rooms.
NOTES:
If Client pays with credit card the bank commission will apply as follows: American express 5% and MASTER CARD or VISA 3% of total paid.
The TAKE OVER will only be confirmed as definitive upon receipt of the signed contract and the initial deposit.
Cancellations and No Shows
If the entire TAKE OVER is cancelled 8 months prior arrival 1st deposit will not be refundable.
If the entire TAKE OVER is cancelled with less than 8 months prior arrival 1st and 2nd deposit will not be refundable.
All rooms canceled or released 60-0 days prior to the arrival will be charge with the total stay.
No shows will be penalized with the total stay.
GROUPS:
Conditions:
February 1st to April 30th Groups will be confirmed with a maximum of 50 rooms and a minimum of 25 rooms with a minimum of 7 nights stay.
January 5th -31st and for May 1st to December 25th Groups will be confirmed with a maximum of 50 rooms and minimum of 20 rooms with a minimum of 5 nights stay.
During Groups dates, Regular and promotions rates will apply.
During group stay 2 vacations certificates and 1 travel agent reservation will be accepted.
All early departures and late departures must be requested in written directly to the hotel groups department.
Complimentary Inclusions:
From January 5th to April 30th For Every 25 paid rooms, group will receive one free room in Garden view room category, equivalent to the same number of nights that group stay.
From May 1st to Dec 20th For Every 20 paid rooms, group will receive one free room in Garden view room category, equivalent to the same number of nights that group stay.

Cancellations and No Shows
If the entire Group is cancelled 6 months prior to the arrival 1st deposit will not be refundable.
Between 60 and 90 days prior group arrival a 25% of the total of rooms blocked could be cancelled without any penalty
Between 31 and 59 days prior group arrival a 15% of the total of rooms blocked could be cancelled without any penalty.
All rooms canceled 30 - 0 days prior Group arrival will be penalized with total payment received.
