WEDNESDAY – Mexican Fiesta.- Hola Amigos! Hand made Flour tortillas, Tequila, Oaxacan Mole, Chicken, Beef or Shrimp Fajitas, assorted Quesadillas, Chalupas and Charro style Beans are just a few of the many Mexican Dishes you will sample. And of course all of our Hot Sauces to see if you’re a Real Hombre or muchacha
FRIDAY – Gala.– Dress your best for this culinary feast. A sophisticated array of our chef’s finest dishes will delight your senses and you can either choose from the buffet or order your dinner à la carte, prepared while you watch our Chefs at work. Bon apetit!
Sunday is Meat Night. We’ll prepare your New-York, Tenderloin, Flank Steak, Pork or Lamb Chops and chicken any way you like. An impressive Salad Bar, a variety of vegetable, potato and rice dishes are available as the best accompaniment for your fine cuts of meat. And of course our delicious variety of desserts is impossible to resist.

The notorious roof-top clothing-optional Jacuzzi lounge & bar features a 30-person hot tub finished in Venetian Tile with hues ranging from the bright blue-greens of the Caribbean Sea to the earth-tone beiges of the Mayan jungle. A circular, tempered crystal 'see-and-be-seen' open air shower adjoins the Jacuzzi, offering a 360° view of the Lounge and the stunning vistas stretching from the turquoise sea to the lush surrounding jungle.
